Delivery in the UAE

Delivery is complimentary everywhere in the United Arab Emirates. For now, we deliver to UAE addresses only.

Your order page follows each step, from payment to your door. Once your piece is on its way, it shows the courier's tracking link.

Prices, VAT and Duties

Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT. Orders delivered within the UAE carry no duties.

Returns Within 7 Days

You may return a piece within 7 days of receiving it, unworn and in its original packaging. Engraved pieces cannot be returned.

To begin a return, write to info@whispersofalara.com with your order number, and we will arrange it with you.

Refunds

Your refund goes back the way you paid: to your card, or to your Tabby or Tamara plan.

Repairs

Repairs are complimentary within three weeks of receiving your piece. After that, or to have a diamond piece polished, write to us and we will advise.

Exchanges and Resizing

To exchange a piece or change a ring's size, write to us before sending anything back. We will tell you what is possible for your piece.
