At Whispers of Alara, we offer expert polishing and cleaning services exclusively for diamond jewelry and repairs for broken pieces. Please note that hairline scratches on gold are normal and not covered by our service policy.

Repairs:

• Complimentary within the first three weeks of receipt.

• For UAE orders, provide us with your details for item pickup.

• For international orders, please contact us for more details.

If your item was purchased more than three weeks ago, it will be inspected, and a quotation will be sent for approval prior to any repairs.
