Shipping Policy

If an item is out of stock, please note the following timelines:

• Production Time: 8-10 business days for crafting the item.

• Shipping Time:

  • Within the UAE: 4 additional business days.

  • International Orders: 7 additional business days.

We offer global shipping to ensure our products reach you wherever you are. Below are the estimated delivery times for in-stock items:

• Production + Shipping Time:

  • Within the UAE: Up to 15 business days.

  • International Orders: Up to 20 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Custom or engraved items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

We strive to resolve all refund and return issues directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution may result in delays or further investigation. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks we believe to be unwarranted.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
